Who we are
ThreeCo (also doing business as Three Co.) is a commercial electrical contractor based at 3718 Robinson Pike Rd, Grandview, MO 64030. We serve commercial clients across the Kansas City metro. You can reach us at (816) 730-9100 or [email protected].
This policy describes how we handle information when you visit threeco.us or contact us through this site.
The short version
We don't track you. We don't use cookies for advertising. We don't have Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking on this site. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.
The only information we collect is what you voluntarily send us through our contact form, by email, or by phone — and we use it only to respond to your inquiry and (if you become a client) to do the work you've asked us to do.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you fill out our contact form, email us, or call us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, company, phone number, email address, and a description of your project. We only ask for what we need to follow up.
Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare's servers automatically log basic request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and reliability purposes. We do not access, analyze, or use these logs for marketing.
We do not use cookies, web beacons, pixels, fingerprinting, session replay, or any other tracking technology on this site.
How we use what we collect
We use the information you send us to:
- Respond to your inquiry or quote request
- Schedule and perform electrical work if you become a client
- Send project-related communication (estimates, invoices, scheduling updates)
- Comply with our legal and contractual obligations
That's it. We don't add you to a marketing list, we don't send promotional email, and we don't use your information to target ads anywhere.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. Period.
We share information with third parties only in these limited cases:
- Service providers who help us run the business — for example, our accounting software, email provider, and scheduling system. These vendors are bound by their own confidentiality obligations and only see what they need to help us do our work.
- Legal requirements — if we are legally required to disclose information (subpoena, court order, valid government request), we will.
- Business transfer — if ThreeCo is ever sold or merged, customer information may be transferred to the successor business under the same privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep project records (estimates, contracts, invoices, project documentation) as long as needed for the project plus a reasonable retention period for business and tax purposes — typically seven years.
If you contacted us but didn't become a client, we may keep your inquiry for up to two years in case you reach out again, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information (except where we're legally required to keep it)

If you're a California, Colorado, Virginia, or other state-resident with specific privacy rights under your state's law, those rights apply — contact us using the methods above and we'll honor them.
Children
This site is intended for adults running or planning commercial projects. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us — secure transmission (HTTPS), access controls on our internal systems, and limiting access to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information like we'd want ours treated.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site. If you have ongoing business with us, we'll notify you directly.
